By accessing our website, submitting an order, approving a design, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or place an order.

Our products are custom-made according to the specifications selected or provided by the customer, which may include:

• Number, letter, logo, or artwork
• Height and overall dimensions
• Exterior finish color
• LED light color
• Installation method
• Voltage and plug requirements
• Quantity and intended location

Final dimensions may vary depending on the shape, font, number of digits, and approved design.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all submitted details, including numbers, spelling, dimensions, colors, voltage, installation method, delivery address, and contact information.

MZ Custom Signs is not responsible for errors that were submitted and approved by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an error before approving the final design.

A design proof may be provided before production begins. The customer must carefully review and approve the design, including:

• Number or text
• Shape and layout
• Dimensions
• Color and finish
• Lighting requirements
• Installation method

Production begins only after the required design details and payment have been confirmed. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees, production delays, or may no longer be possible.

Prices displayed on the website or provided in a quotation are based on the selected design, size, materials, lighting system, installation method, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements.

Custom quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. If the customer changes the approved specifications, the final price may also change.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the custom order and begin design or production.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the finished product has been confirmed and before shipment.

Production and shipment may be suspended until the applicable payment has been successfully received. Payment instructions will be provided through the website checkout, invoice, or an authorized member of our team.

Security Notice: Customers should only make payments using the official payment details provided through mzsigns.com or verified MZ Custom Signs communication channels.

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order confirmation, customs duties and import taxes for the agreed delivery method are included in the confirmed order price and will be covered by MZ Custom Signs.

Customers will be informed before payment if any destination, remote-area, or special import charge is not included.

Every custom sign is made to order. Standard production usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after design and payment confirmation.

Complex designs, large quantities, material availability, or revisions may require additional production time.

Any estimated completion date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed event date unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Standard international shipping usually takes approximately 15–25 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and local delivery services.

Estimated total production and delivery time is generally 4–8 weeks. Tracking information will be provided when available.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact the customer and provide an updated estimate and available options.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any event date or required delivery deadline before placing the order. Please contact us before ordering if the sign is required urgently.

We do not guarantee arrival before an event date unless the deadline has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Cancellation requests made before design approval will be reviewed individually.

Once the design has been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable because labor, materials, and production capacity have already been committed to the custom order.

If a cancellation is approved, any completed design, material, transaction, or production costs may be deducted from the refund.

Our signs are made according to each customer’s selected specifications and approved design.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted after design approval or production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where an eligible product issue has been confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns, replacements, remakes, repairs, and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy. Eligible issues may include:

• Confirmed shipping damage
• A product that differs materially from the approved design
• Missing confirmed components
• A verified manufacturing or electrical defect

Depending on the confirmed issue, we may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair support, a remake, or an approved refund.

Eligible products include a limited three-year warranty covering confirmed manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or wiring
• Use with unsuitable voltage
• Accidents, impact, misuse, or improper storage
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Normal wear, surface aging, or minor cosmetic changes
• Damage caused by extreme weather or unsuitable environments
• Shipping, removal, reinstallation, or third-party labor costs unless otherwise agreed

Proof of purchase, photos, videos, and relevant installation information may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Colors shown on screens, photographs, and videos may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, photography, material batches, and reflective surfaces.

As each product is custom-made, minor handmade variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects where they do not materially affect the product’s appearance, function, or approved design.

By submitting logos, artwork, images, fonts, trademarks, or other content, the customer confirms that they own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized content supplied for production.

MZ Custom Signs reserves the right to refuse content that may infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain harmful or inappropriate material.

We will not publish customer names, private event information, or confidential artwork without appropriate permission.

Where permitted, we may request consent to photograph or display completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Installation instructions or guidance may be provided based on the selected installation method. Customers are responsible for confirming that the mounting surface, electrical connection, structure, and installation environment are suitable.

Professional installation is recommended for large, heavy, elevated, outdoor, or permanently wired signs.

MZ Custom Signs is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, unauthorized electrical work, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

You may not:

• Copy or commercially reproduce website content without permission
• Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or authority

Our website may use third-party providers for payments, website hosting, analytics, communications, and shipping.

These services may be subject to their own terms and policies. MZ Custom Signs is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MZ Custom Signs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

Our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication.

Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms when our products, services, payment methods, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
